In saucepan, melt butter.
Brown whatever meat you are using.
Take up meat and in drippings, saute onion and celery.
Combine cornstarch, curry, 3/4 t salt and broth.
Stir into onion and celery and add milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens on low temp.
Stir in meat, garlic and mushrooms.
Simmer on low until ready to eat. Serve over rice.
