Born in the Bear Prairie district, Oct. 27, 1887, he had lived in Washougal all of his life, and was a logger and farmer. Services are scheduled for Thurs. July 15, at 2 p.m. at Bethel Congregational Church in Washougal with the Rev. Thomas Roop officiating. Interment will follow in Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Survivors are his wife, nina; two sons, Leonard Chevron of Portland, and Claude Chevron of Camas; six grandchildren ; and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Stephans of Gresham, Ore. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Heart Fund. Straub's Swank Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements. |
