Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup Karo syrup
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.

  2. Add syrups and beat well.

  3. Add eggs one at a time and beat well by hand.

  4. Add nuts.

  5. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
