Fried Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
- 2-3/4 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions

Combine cheese, with all other ingredients.

Work into a stiff paste. If needed add more flour a tablespoon at a time.

Shape into melon sized balls.

Fry for about 6 minutes in deep fat.
