Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Cream together butter and shortening.

Beat eggs well and gradually add sugar and vanilla.

Add egg mixture to butter mixture.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Add alternately with milk to butter and egg mixture.

Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes.
