Ingredients
- Pie dough or puff pastry
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

Line 2 inch tartlet pans with pastry.

Beat together cheese, cream, eggs, salt and pepper.

Spoon into pastry shells, each about half full.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°.
