- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- Self-rising flour
Pour milk into bowl, add oil and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Gradually add flour until mixture becomes sticky and pulls away from the edge of the bowl.
Smooth into a ball.
Pinch off 2 inch sections and roll by hand until smooth.
Place in a well greased iron skillet, brush tops with oil.
Bake at 425° until golden, about 20 minutes.
1 cup grated cheddar cheese may be added.
